    Saturday 9:30 am & 11 am - Sunday 5:30 pm & 7 pm

    Wake Up

    Saturday morning wake up is an Ashtanga class to waken up your body, easing the stress and stiffness accumulated from a week in the office. It will leave you feeling fresh and warmed up for the weekend. The focus is on resting your mind by drawing attention to your body and breathing.

    Wind Down

    Sunday evening wind down is a more restorative Hatha practise. Having said that it does take some work. Dust away those cobwebs and get your blood flowing through a full body warm up before stretching out those muscles and easing away any tightness. Great prep for a good nights sleep.
